Uintah High School is located in Vernal, Utah and serves Uintah County. UHS is a college/career oriented public high school serving approximately 1800 students in grades 9th to 12th.
Parent Teacher Conferences are held every Monday from 2:25 pm to 3:15 pm. Parents are welcome to come speak with teachers about their students progress. Teachers are in their rooms for drop-in parent teacher conferences. Check your student’s grades on ASPIRE to see if you need to make a visit!
Evening parent teacher conference are Oct. 5th, Jan. 13th and Apr. 18th from 3:00 – 7:00 PM in the commons area.
All School Community Council meetings will be held at Uintah High School at 1880 West 500 North, Vernal, Utah. Meetings are held every other month on the third Wednesday of the month at 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised. All meetings are public meetings and parents of Uintah High School students are both welcome and encouraged to attend.
Former students of Uintah High School may request an official copy of their transcript by following the instructions below. Note: Any incomplete requests will not be processed.
Step 1 – Pay $5 processing fee* - This payment can be made online by using “Pay School Fees”. Members of the most recent graduating class are not required to pay the fee and may skip to Step 2.
Step 2 – Complete the “Uintah High School Transcript Request Form”. You will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, name and address of receiving institution and payment confirmation (Transaction ID #) from the payment of Step 1.
Step 3 – Allow 7-10 days for processing of your request.
* A $5 processing fee is required for any transcript request. Exception: If you are a member of the most recent graduating class, no fee is required.
