Important Back to School Information

All of our registration is done completely online except for new students moving into the area. If you were enrolled at UHS or VJH when school dismissed in May, you do not need to fill out new registration forms, UNLESS you have a new address, phone number or other updates. Please FILL OUT ONLY THE FORMS YOU NEED. The free and reduced lunch form is included in our registration packet and needs to be renewed every year. It only needs to be completed at one school if you have students at multiple schools. Computers will be available at UHS during normal school hours (7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) for anyone without computer/internet access.   2014-15 Registration Forms 

 Aug. 5th or after – Registration (online only) for existing USD students (no in-person registration)*

Aug. 5th or after – Registration (in person) for new students moving to the district

Sophomore Orientation – Thursday, Aug. 14th @ 6 PM

Aug. 4th, 12th and 13th – Counselors will be unavailable

Please note: Schedules were mailed out to students at the end of May with instructions of how to log in to ClassChoice to make schedule changes as of July 25th. It is the responsibility of the student to check their schedule and make any necessary changes before the window closes.

UHS Course Catalog 

 ClassChoice will be open from July 25th to August 6th for schedule changes. Schedule changes done by counselors will be accessed a $10 charge.

If you don't make changes during this time, you will be charged a $10 fee. Computers will be available for use at the high school beginning August 5th. Counselors will also be available, but are limited in what they can do.  It’s YOUR responsibility to make changes. 

 CLASSES ARE VERY FULL, there is very little room for change! If you drop a class you may not get back in it! Be very careful!

 

 

Transcript Request

Former students of Uintah High School may request a copy of their transcript by choosing one of the options below.  Either option must include the following information before request can be completed:

  • Date of birth
  • Year student graduated or last attended Uintah High School
  • Name and address of receiving institution
  • Pay $5 processing fee*

Incomplete requests will not be processed.

  • Option 1:  Call (435)781-3110 and leave a message
  • Option 2: - Send an email to Lisa Hacking

* A $5 transcript processing fee is required for any students graduating prior to 2014. This payment can be made online by using  Pay School Fees  or over the phone by calling 435-781-3110 x. 2611 during normal business hours.

Parent Teacher Conferences 

Parent Teacher Conferences are held every Monday from 2:25 pm to 3:15 pm. Parents are welcome to come speak with teachers about their students progress. Teachers are in their rooms.

All School Community Council meetings will be held at Uintah High School at 1880 West 500 North, Vernal, Utah.  Meetings are held every other month on the third Wednesday of the month at 3:00 p.m.  All meetings are public meetings and parents of Uintah High School students are both welcome and encouraged to attend.
